The BET Award for Greatest Actress is an award offered yearly by the Black Leisure Tv (BET) community to honor African American actresses for his or her excellent performances in movie.
The award was first given in 2001, and has been awarded to a few of the most gifted and acclaimed actresses within the business, together with Halle Berry, Angela Bassett, and Taraji P. Henson.
